Important Meetings and Deadlines

Board of Directors -

Tuesday after the Third Monday of the month - Meeting at 7:30 pm in Town Hall. No meeting in Dec. 2011.

Grounds Comm. -

Last Tuesday of the month -

Deadline for homeowner's requests

First Tuesday of the month -

9:30 am - Meeting at Town Hall

Architectural Comm. -

11 am, Tuesday before the 2nd Monday - Deadline for new applications.

Second Monday of the month - Meeting at 7 pm in Town Hall

No meeting in Dec. 2011.

Pools Committee -

Last Tuesday of the month except Dec. - Meeting at 7 pm in Victoria Hall

There is no Committee meeting in December

Village Lamplighter -

11 a.m. on the Thursday before the Board meeting - New input due.

Delivery is on the 2nd Friday after the Board meeting. There wll be no Lamplighter published in Dec. 2011.

The latest condensed reports of the Board minutes and committee meetings can be found in the current issue of the Village Lamplighter. The full minutes of all Board and committee meetings are always available in the Village office in the Town Hall.

Recent Events

Board Meeting of Nov 22 -

Piccadilly playground upgrade tabled until Feb 2012 meeting.

Approved a contract change for the Property Manager.

Approved a contract change for roofing.

Approved CPA firm for 2012 audit and taxes.

There will be no Board meeting in Dec. 2011.

Parking in Front of Garages

There is a state fire code that prohibits parking in front of a driveway including your own. Westminster parking control may begin enforcing that code at any time.
